For over 30 years, award-winning artist Kim McSparran has been accepting private commissions for the things we cherish most in life: our dogs, cats, horses, home and of course, our children. The lasting gift of a portrait may be given with great pride to a loved one to cherish for a lifetime.

Kim started her career as an illustrator in New York City where she was commissioned for illustrations by publishers such as Esquire, Penthouse, Reader’s Digest, and Book of the Month Club. Her love of animals began as a child, when she frequently brought home strays, and continues today as she advocates for many Hampton’s animal rescue groups.

Being able to bring a pet to life on the canvas is a gift and McSparran’s deep love of animals is an integral component in her unique talent for capturing a pet’s spirit and essence in her portraits.
